Mission Statement

As a yoga instructor, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for all levels of students to feel comfortable coming to regularly to practice so they can learn to own their personal practice and feel better in mind, body and spirit not only during their practice, but also through their day to day activities. At the end of the day, I hope that my students learn bit by bit how to have a healthy relationship with their bodies through yoga.

• Lead yoga flow classes for all skill levels, from beginning to advanced.
• Incorporated a Vinyasa flow format with Iyengar alignment principles and occasional use of Iyengar rope wall.
• Teach students correct postures and alignment to ensure maximum benefit and safety.
• Work with students of all body types and fitness levels to develop customized programs and positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness, and wellbeing.
• Pay attention to the different needs of every student throughout each class, providing alternative poses, alignments and adjustments as needed.
• Engage in the Yoga80 community by getting to know the students, answering questions, and creating a friendly and safe environment for them to bring their practice to.
